After several decades of growth, in 2009 the Pennel & Flipo group launched new product ranges for the advanced maritime industry and security with the opening of a factory in Mouscron, Belgium:
Orca was born.
The Pennel & Flipo group was founded in 1924, when Jean Pennel & Joseph Flipo set up a rubber textile coating business in France.
After years of development in the textile and rubber industry, they have expanded into more fabrics and materials - foams and plastics - distributing their products to many industries.

Orca Retail provides RIB owners and repairers throughout Europe with everything they need to repair/replace/customise their RIB floats: CSM neoprene fabrics, glue & hardener, maintenance products, liston and flexible tanks.
